Lee Seung Gi Marks Two Decades in Showbiz with Nostalgic Fan Meeting

Lee Seung Gi shared an emotional day with fans as he celebrated his 20th debut anniversary. On the 27th, he hosted a special fan meeting titled “7300+” at Samsung Hall in Ewha Womans University, Seoul.

Dressed in jeans, a white belt, a black shirt, and a white jacket, Lee Seung Gi recreated the style from his debut stage, performing his iconic song “Because You’re My Woman.” After his opening number, he addressed the audience, saying, “To commemorate my 20th anniversary and my recent move to a new company, I wanted to take this opportunity to meet with all of you, so we organized this fan meeting.”

During a Q&A session, Lee Seung Gi engaged closely with fans, answering light-hearted and personal questions that can only be asked in such an intimate setting. When asked for some TMI about his upcoming album, he shared, “I asked Yoon Jong Shin to write me a song,” heightening anticipation for his new release.

Lee Seung Gi Welcomes Baby Girl With Wife Lee Da In

Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In welcomed their first baby together.

Lee Seung Gi’s agency, Human Made, announced the news on February 6th, saying, “We are happy to announce that the couple welcomed a baby daughter on February 5th in the afternoon.”

The agency added, “Both the mother and child are healthy, and Lee Seung Gi expressed his gratitude and happiness for the safe birth of a precious life. We ask for your warm love and support for Lee Seung-gi and Lee Da-in as they welcome their new family. Thank you.”

Lee Da In and Lee Seung Gi started dating publicly in May 2021 and got married in April of the following year. At the time, Lee Seung Gi said, “I have decided to spend the rest of my life with my beloved Lee Da In not as a lover but as a husband and wife.” He also described her as “a warm-hearted and loving person” whom he wants to keep by his side forever.

The couple announced Lee Da In’s pregnancy in November last year and have now become parents to a baby girl in 2024.
